Mini Bikes For Sale

A collection of 10 restored mini bikes is our sale of the week.  The seller apparantly decided to clear out his garage and sold these 10 bikes at auction for one price.  There were 2 bidders and the sales price was a very reasonable $2,250.00.  Here are the details on the bikes sold:

10 mini bikes in all. some completly restored. 1 “ruttman vulture”, 1 keystone with tas engine, 1 keystone without engine.1 bird “nighthawk” complete with hs35, 1 unrestored. 1 “trailhorse”. 1 “bird duck” 1 college campus, 1 alexander renolds” EAZY RIDER” and 1 1969 “cat sx 250.

An amazing hand made John Deere mini bike is this weeks sale of the week.  It looks a bit like a mini-taco bike with its full rear fender.

Decked out in John Deere green, this one of a kind item had three bids and sold for $910.  The item location was Indiana, U.S.

A Scat Kitty mini bike is our sale of the week.  There is a lot of interest from fans of the Scat Kitty bike from the late 1950’s as this sale will prove.  This bike is in pristine condition with all of the origional manuals and tags.

The bike was made by Projects Unlimited in Dayton Ohio.  At the time they sold the smallest motorcycle anywhere with a 2.5 hp 4 cycle Tecumseh engine with built in alternator.  As an option a side car was available on the origional.

The scat kitty sold new for about $300, but this vintage bike had 17 bids with a final sales price of $1,600.  The auction venue was ebay and the sales date was 8/17/2008
